Mortgage calling

We have a couple of projects on hand & are looking forward to develop associates to do business on a commission basis.The project we are currently offering is a telemarketing project for UK based clients.The agents need to call people in UK between (15:30 hrs & 01:30) as per the client's criteria which would be provided in the form of a documented process outlining the criteria & the call flow, capturing the data on an Excel sheet & forwarding the suitable profiles to us by e-mail
-We would then verify the data captured as per the client requirements & transfer the leads to the client who would then provide the feed back on the leads which will be forwarded to the respective centre/agent who has generated the lead.
Basic requirements
1) Agent needs to be Fluent in English2) PC & a Broadband Connection3) Voip Software -free download from the Internet.-Credit worth 10.5 Pounds = Rs.625/- approx needs to be purchased per agent from the Voip site, this would provide 120 days of free calling period to all landlines that we need to call.4) Data of credit hungry customers will be provided by us at an initial refundable deposit of Rs.5000 per 1000 customers.
Payouts and Loan criteria
1. Commission:0-7 Leads Per Week Rs.1200/lead8-15 Leads Per Week Rs.1600/lead16-20 Leads Per Week Rs.2000/leadPayout timescales – payments are made on the Friday of week 3 for week 1 sales.TDS will be deducted (You will receive the TDS certificate at the end of the financial year) as per government norms.2. Loan value between £5,000 and £9,999 – payout on completion only. Completions can take 3 weeks.3. All Loans £10,000 and above– payout is per accepted lead4. QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE CRITERIA:5. FOR SECURED/HOMEOWNER LOAN LEADS:
6. THE LEAD MUST BE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR FINANCE 7. HOMEOWNER8. UK RESIDENT AND HAS A LEGAL RIGHT TO RESIDE9. MORTGAGE PAYER10. MINIMUM LOAN AMOUNT £5,00011. MAXIMUM LTV NOT TO EXCEED 90% (INCLUDING EXISTING SECURED LOANS & LOAN REQUIRED) SPECIAL NOTE FOR LTV BETWEEN 75% and 90%:
12. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE MORE THAN 2 CURRENT ARREARS ON THEIR MORTGAGE, NOR MORE THAN £8000 worth of CCJ’s. DEFAULTS ARE IGNORED.13. MINIMUM HOUSEHOLD INCOME £15000 ANNUALLY14. AGE GROUP: 18-75 YEARS (all loans must complete by time customer is 80)15. EMPLOYED/PARTTIME EMPLOYED/SELF EMPLOYED16. SALE (subject to status) – this should be 90% viewed as a SALE and payable UNLESS it transpires that any of the data captured by your agent or given by the customer is later found to be incorrect. Status will change to SALE CONFIRMED after 2 days or reject. We would invoice Client for these leads; their Head office would then confirm the details and let you know within few working days.
